To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:

  • Any balcony cleaning
  • Garage cleaning
  • Wash dishes
  • Internal cleaning of the stove
  • Internal refrigerator cleaning
  • Clean inside bathroom cabinets
  • Organize (toys, clothes, shoes, etc.)
  • Removal of built-up trash
  • Packing boxes
  • Making beds and change sheets
  • Clean the inside of your fireplace
  • Remove/clean library books one by one
  • Do laundry


We love pets, but we are not equipped to clean any biological waste.

  • Our staff cannot lift anything over 20 lbs. so please do not ask them to move furniture. 
  • Our staff cannot wash dishes, load/unload dishwashers or do laundry. 


We customize services to accommodate your preferences, so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don't need or want. However, if ever you want these things done, we offer extra add-ons services for you to include in your cleaning package. Upon request.

  • Deep clean baseboards 
  • Deep clean blinds: This can be a very time intensive process based on the type of blinds you have. Please let us know what type of blinds you have and how many sets of blinds you have.
  • Carpet shampooing 

You do not need to be home on day of cleaning. We do not keep keys on file unless requested, in which case we may make an exception. We find that lockbox codes, door codes and garage codes are a much safer way to maintain security and access to your space.

Initial Cleanings will require a 50% deposit up front.  Recuring services, after job is done!

Invoices will be sent after every service rendered.

For security purposes we DON'T accept checks or cash.

Yes, tips are greatly appreciated. You have the option to add it in the invoice that will be sent to you and cash tip is also welcomed.

If you want to add or schedule extra services kindly contact the management right away. Our cleaning technicians are not allowed to accept requests on duty. PS. We do not clean on a Maintenance cleaning unless requested and agreed upon cleaning day. 

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.

 Rental apartments are needed to be cleaned regularly to preserve the quality for future renters. We offer apartment turnover cleaning for business owners that don't have time to do it and also for renters who needed daily cleaning services.

Keeping your Airbnb clean and guest-ready is essential for great reviews and repeat bookings. We provide professional Airbnb cleaning services for hosts who need reliable turnover cleaning, detailed sanitizing, and a spotless space guests will love. 

OFFICE

 Working areas always tend to be cleaned up and sanitized from

time to time. The space used daily should be maintained as a good working environment. As this is a non-residential space, you need a professional cleaning service to do the job.
