To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:
We love pets, but we are not equipped to clean any biological waste.
We customize services to accommodate your preferences, so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don't need or want. However, if ever you want these things done, we offer extra add-ons services for you to include in your cleaning package. Upon request.
Know your options! Customize your service to include any of our service add-ons, either one time or on a recurring basis!
You do not need to be home on day of cleaning. We do not keep keys on file unless requested, in which case we may make an exception. We find that lockbox codes, door codes and garage codes are a much safer way to maintain security and access to your space.
Initial Cleanings will require a 50% deposit up front. Recuring services, after job is done!
Invoices will be sent after every service rendered.
Payments can only be made ONLINE through our CLIENT PORTAL or ZELLE
For security purposes we DON'T accept checks or cash.
Yes, tips are greatly appreciated. You have the option to add it in the invoice that will be sent to you and cash tip is also welcomed.
If you want to add or schedule extra services kindly contact the management right away. Our cleaning technicians are not allowed to accept requests on duty. PS. We do not clean on a Maintenance cleaning unless requested and agreed upon cleaning day.
Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
