We customize services to accommodate your preferences, so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want. However, if ever you want these things done, we offer extra add-ons services for you to include in your cleaning package. Upon request, we can do any kind of organizing, dishwashing and even carpet shampooing.
No, it's not mandatory at all. Our cleaning work starts at 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Saturday. Most of our customers aren't home when we arrive but they provide our cleaning technicians their spare key or garage code with instructions.
Initial Cleanings will require you to give a 50% downpayment up front. Other cleanings after service are rendered.
Invoices will be sent after every service rendered.
Payments can only be made ONLINE through our CLIENT PORTAL or ZELLE
For security purposes we DON'T accept checks or cash.
Yes, tips are greatly appreciated. You have the option to add it in the invoice that will be sent to you and cash tip is also welcomed.
If you want to add or schedule extra services kindly contact the management right away. Our cleaning technicians are not allowed to accept requests on duty. PS. We do not clean on a Maintenance cleaning unless requested and agreed upon cleaning day.
Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will gladly return within 48 hours to address any concerns and ensure your expectations are met.
